A Personal Commission is strictly for personal use only. If you plan to use the design for any commercial purpose (such as selling products featuring the design), you must purchase a Commercial Commission instead.

By purchasing a Commercial Commission, you obtain the rights to use the design for selling products. However, you are NOT allowed to resell or transfer the design itself to a third party. If someone else wants to use the design commercially, they must purchase the rights directly from us.

Rather than asking for updates, you can simply check the Magic Queue to follow the magical journey of each commission. Please note that the queue does not provide estimated completion dates, as every artwork is different and requires its own time and care.

For digital products: Once your payment is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with a download link. You can access your product instantly.

For physical products: We carefully prepare your order and ship it within 10 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is on its way!

We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, and other secure payment methods. All transactions are encrypted to ensure a safe shopping experience.

Digital products: Due to the nature of digital files, we do not accept returns or refunds. Please make sure to read the product description carefully before purchasing.

Physical products: We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. If you have any issues, feel free to contact us!
