What is the difference between a Personal and a Commercial Commission?
A Personal Commission is strictly for personal use only. If you plan to use the design for any commercial purpose (such as selling products featuring the design), you must purchase a Commercial Commission instead.
By purchasing a Commercial Commission, you obtain the rights to use the design for selling products. However, you are NOT allowed to resell or transfer the design itself to a third party. If someone else wants to use the design commercially, they must purchase the rights directly from us.

Can I request a custom design or a personalized order?
Yes! We offer custom design services tailored to your needs. If you’re interested in a personalized design, please contact us at minartscreations@gmail.com, via Instagram DMs @minartscreations or via contact form before placing your order. We’d love to create something unique for you!
How will I receive my product after purchase?
For digital products: Once your payment is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with a download link. You can access your product instantly.
For physical products: We carefully prepare your order and ship it within 10 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is on its way!

Do you accept returns or refunds?
Digital products: Due to the nature of digital files, we do not accept returns or refunds. Please make sure to read the product description carefully before purchasing.
Physical products: We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. If you have any issues, feel free to contact us!
